Finally got to Lake Louise!

One problem with not really being a tourist and not really being a local yet is that no one wants to do the classic hikes with me. Last weekend though I was invited on the classic tourist hike up to the Victoria Glacier from the Chateau at Lake Louise. Oddly enough, this was my first time actually up to the Lake. I was stunned at all the tourists! There were 300, maybe 500 people on the trail up to the top! I'm amazed that I actually got a photo without anyone else around me. At this point there were over a dozen or so other hikers. But it was great to do something so classic. This weekend I'm heading out to do the Three Sisters Pass in Canmore. Hopefully I'll get a picture of me there too.
